Understanding life as a 20-something

I'm here. I've found it-ish.

Since leaving college I've pressed forward on natural talent and ability under any situation without knowing where or what I'm doing. Now I at least know I want to be successful. I want to love my friends and family and I want them to love me back. This is why I am here

My little sister graduated from Marquette a few months ago and moved to Seattle. In doing so I re-inherited every CD I used to own and have been livin' on memory lane in my car  to and from work lately...

My internet lets me play hulu plus but apparently not youtube so just think:

...I'm kinda just ready for a fun new relationship.

Lent.

I'm not too religious anymore except in the sense that I believe it instills an excellent set of moral and social guidelines but I wanted to list my Lenten sacrifices outside my head. 1.No drinking on werkdays. 2. No Buffalo flavored anything. 3. The only snacks are fruits or vegetables (I'm starting with baby carrots).

I don't, and will probably never again, know how to truly express my true feelings to a person and it is the only sad thing I'll live with; yet I have maybe thee strongest feelings for all the people I love and care for. How do I change that?.

Motivation

Girl I met this weekend took the initiative to call an ambulance at 3am for a random guy that got knocked out in the street right in front of us AND has ran a full marathon in 4 hours.


....I'm motivated to be better from this.

I'm Screwed

An actual conversation tonight...

Preface: We're talking about midgets, tiny people, vertically challenged (whatever your politically correct name is)...

Me: it's semantics. The group of people i implied when you thought I was being incorrect have been built (unfortunately) to be able to kick themselves violently in the face. Wee Man brought it to prominence because he is famous and notoriable. How i referenced them in that last statement wasn't derogative, just pointing out a statement of truth.

Me:  Why do girls always say that to me
